Regarding the found manufacturing defects on the goods, contact us immediately within 3 days after receiving the order by e-mail: obchod@vladimirmanda.cz write the text in the subject line of the e-mail: COMPLAINTS - SURNAME - ORDER NUMBER

Send complaints to the address: Vladimír Manda, Dolánky nad Ohří 153, 413 01. In case of reimbursement of the costs of complaints, contact us in advance, we pay 35 CZK with VAT. Complaints of production defects can be submitted free of charge to any branch www.zasilkovna.cz, you only need to report the selected branch in advance. For complaints about our wholesale services, it is possible to send a carrier from InTime free of charge for the next order, as a package exchange. Attach the complaint form to the complaint, preferably write a copy of the invoice on the other side, where you write information about the complaint (invoicing data, invoice number and order are on the copy of the invoice, state the date of complaint, code and name of goods, detailed description of the defect for goods), if the complaint form is not attached, the complaint is postponed until the form is sent to the email obchod@vladimirmanda.cz, if the documents for the complaint are not supplied, we charge a fee of 100 CZK for processing, finding information to file a complaint.

After receiving the information, the claimed goods are sent to the manufacturer, we will inform you within 30 days of the procedure for resolving the complaint, whenever you can ask about the course of the complaint.

Returned goods

Goods from the wholesale offer must be inspected immediately upon receipt and in case of return it must be sent back within 2 days to the billing address Vladimir Manda, Dolánky nad Ohří 153, 413 01. The package must be complete, it is not possible to return only part of the package (package = item from the invoice). Imported goods with a term of 7 days or more is only at your request, a 5% fee is charged on return costs.

You can return goods purchased for personal consumption within 14 days of receipt, they must contain the original placard, there must be no obvious sign of wearing.
